Apartment with view of mount Gaisberg

The 2- room-flat is situated on the second floor of an apartmernt house in a quiet neighbourhood. The light-flooded apartment has got a huge window as well as a balcony offering an excellent view on mount Gaisberg.
The flat is 54m² big and consists of a living room, a bedroom, an open kitchen, a corridor and a bathroom.
In the livingroom and the bedroom you find high-quality parquet floor. And in the other rooms there is a new tiled floor.
The white mirror finish kitchen ist well equipped. It comes with a refrigerator including a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker and oven. Additionally you find kitchen utensils,a kettle, coofee maker (french press) and a toaster there.
The living room offers a cosy sofa, which can easily be turned into a sofa bed. There is also a dining table with four chairs, a shelf and a TV.
The bedroom is very quiet. It is equipped with a double bed with two bedside tables and a big closet.
Bed linen as well as towels can be provided if required.
In the corridor a wardrobe and a mirror can be found. A cabinet stores cleaning utensils, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a laundry rack, an ironing board and and an iron.
The premium bathroom was modernised in November 2020. There you find a new shower, a toilet, a sink and a mirror cabinet.
