The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023, is located near the city center on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a house built in 1892. Like the apartment, the entire property was completely renovated in 2021.

Although the apartment is located in a creative and vibrant district, it impresses with a wonderful quiet courtyard location.

Convenience stores and countless cafes, restaurants, bars as well as gay bars but also the famous Naschmarkt are within walking distance.

Due to the central location of the apartment, cultural institutions such as the “Theater an der Wien” or the State Opera can be easily reached on foot. For cineastes, the Film Casino is in the immediate vicinity.

In keeping with the old style of the building, the interior was designed in a classic style. Nevertheless, the apartment is technically up to date and has central heating, a satellite system, an Internet connection with WIFI and a washing machine.
