The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023, is located near the city center on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a house built in 1892. Like the apartment, the entire property was completely renovated in 2021.

Although the apartment is located in a creative and vibrant district, it impresses with a wonderful quiet courtyard location.
