Sunny 2,5 room apartment in a dream location with an extraordinary mountain view!
The 65 m² apartment is on the 1st floor of the country house. Anteroom with cloakroom, bedroom with box spring bed, living room with sofa bed and dining table and satellite TV, kitchen room with counter seat and window, fully equipped including oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, as well as cooking and eating utensils. Bathroom with window, tub/shower and washing machine. The toilet with hand basin is extra. On the large balcony (south and west side) you can enjoy the mountain panorama!

1. Compulsory waste separation
Residual waste, organic waste, plastic, paper/cardboard and glass must be disposed of separately. Corresponding rubbish bins are in the apartment, or suitable containers are housed in front of the house.
2. Water/wastewater/descaling
Foreign items such as sanitary towels or leftovers may not be disposed of in the toilets.
The water is very calcareous. Limescale stains are therefore unavoidable and are removed during weekly cleaning.
3. Volume
Please always reduce radio and television to room volume.
It is not allowed to use the washing machine after 9:00 p.m.
4. Grounds and parking lots
The tenant is assigned a parking space. Visitors must park their cars in the east-side visitor car park
turn off. The area around the farm (garden, etc.) is not part of the rental property and may only be accessed after consultation with the landlord.
5. Front door
The front door must always be closed.
6. Access area
Walking speed applies in the access area to the house (playing children and cats).
Only the south-facing (asphalted) path is to be used for access and exit.
The access gate to the courtyard can sometimes be closed at night, from around 9:00 p.m., but it cannot be locked.
7. Airing
Sufficient ventilation must be ensured. However, during the heating period, windows and doors must be avoided for long periods of time. Ventilate and don't open windows permanently!
8. Balcony/Doors/Storm/Storm
No duvets, carpets, etc. may be hung or shaken over the balcony railing. the

The smoking ban applies to all rented rooms and the staircase.

Only 5 minutes to Salzburg Airport, 10 -15 minutes to the city of Salzburg or to Bad Reichenhall.
Numerous supermarkets, outlet centers, doctors, etc. in Wals-Himmelreich, next to Salzburg Airport.
