Hello everyone!
We are looking for someone for our delightful realm with a view of the countryside. Period from Sept. 2022 for 2 to 3 months.
The apartment is located in the 12th district right next to Schönbrunn Palace. The public connection is good with the subway stations Schönbrunn (U4) and Niederhofstraße (U6) as well as the Meidlinger train station (local trains, S-Bahn, long-distance, U6) within walking distance. In addition, the nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.
The apartment itself has 90 square meters. and is divided into a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a living room with a work niche and access to the loggia (the heart of the apartment) and the kitchen, which has a hatch to the loggia. Bathroom and toilet are separate from each other.
We spend a lot of time in the loggia with hearty breakfasts or just relaxing and watching the squirrels play. Another plus is the view of the countryside. directly adjacent is the garden of the house and behind it a park with a large stock of trees.
