Very quiet and well-kept old building apartment in Vienna Margareten (1050), near Wieden (1040), parallel to Wiedner Hauptstraße, facing the courtyard on both sides, view of the greenery from the kitchen and living room. Occupied 4 years ago after initial refurbishment, still in excellent condition. Subletting due to stay abroad (Master abroad).
The furnishings include a separate bedroom, the living room has a dining set and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is in the anteroom and is modernly equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and there is a separate WC. The apartment is very well connected (see infrastructure for details).
The house is inhabited by student flatshares and singles and is well maintained (main entrance and staircase renovated in the last two years).
