Waste disposal:Rubbish must be disposed of regularly and it must be ensured that no rubbish is left outside the flat or in the stairwell.
Terrace: The terrace must be kept tidy and no large objects may be placed there that could disturb the neighbours or the external appearance of the building.
Cleanliness: The tenant is requested to keep the flat in a clean condition.
Quiet hours: The legal quiet hours apply, furthermore we ask you to avoid loud music, parties or other disturbing noises, especially in the evening hours.
