Descripiton of accommodation

Welcome to our accommodation! We are delighted to welcome you to our modern apartment with a balcony.

As you enter the house, you'll arrive directly at your 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor, which will be entirely ready for you during your stay. In the entrance area, you'll find a practical wardrobe that offers ample storage for your jackets. From here, you have access to all the other rooms: two cozy bedrooms, each accommodating 2 persons, a small storage room for additional space, and a spacious living area featuring an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily requirements. You just need to bring your personal items, toiletries, and groceries. Of course, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house so that you can stay connected with the world at any time.

To ensure a harmonious coexistence, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00. Please note that parties or events are not permitted in the accommodation. Our goal is to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The apartment building is quietly located at the end of a private road with views of the countryside.

Public transportation, a school, kindergarten, and a restaurant are just a 10-minute walk away. Doctors, shops, a gas station, and other restaurants are nearby and can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The Mattseer Bundesstraße (federal road) takes you to the Salzburg Lake District in 5 minutes by car, or in the other direction, directly to Salzburg City in 10 minutes, or to Salzburg's Old Town in 20 minutes.

The use of our facilities, both indoors and outdoors, is entirely at your own risk. Please note that parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the entire stay.

Since our accommodation is located in a recreational area, we kindly ask you to refrain from having parties, events, and loud behavior in and around the accommodation, and to respect quiet hours. Maintaining an appropriate noise level contributes to a harmonious atmosphere.

An E-charging station at the parking lot next to our house is available to you by appointment. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt hour for charging your car.
