This thoughtfully designed penthouse loft in the south of Salzburg offers 81 m² of living space for up to six people – well suited for expats, project teams, or families looking for comfortable longer-term accommodation.

The layout is practical and spacious: an open-plan living and dining area flows into a fully equipped private kitchen, while three separate bedrooms and two private bathrooms ensure everyone has their own space. A cloakroom in the entrance area and a separate WC add to the comfort. From the living and dining area, you'll enjoy a wide, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.

The private garden with a grill is a genuine plus for evenings outdoors. Day-to-day living is fully covered: private washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, cooking utensils, bed linen, and towels are all included. A private parking space is available on site, and a bicycle room is provided free of charge. Pets are welcome.

In terms of location, Salzburg's city centre is about 20 minutes away by car, and the historic town of Hallein is roughly 5 minutes. Regular train and bus connections are within walking distance, making car-free commuting a realistic option.

The penthouse is located in Oberalm, just south of Salzburg, and offers excellent everyday infrastructure, which is particularly appreciated by commuters and project-based employees.

Everything you need for daily life is close by: there are two large supermarkets (BILLA and BILLA Plus), a bakery, and a wonderful delicatessen shop. The choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity is remarkably diverse – from Italian cuisine and Asian specialties to traditional Austrian restaurants, there is something for everyone, all within walking distance.

Oberalm railway station is approximately 630 metres away and provides quick connections to Salzburg and Hallein. Free parking at the station is included. In addition, several bus lines operate nearby, allowing for flexible mobility without the need for a car.

The historic salt-mining town of Hallein is right next to Oberalm and is known for its internationally renowned Celtic Museum, excellent restaurants, and charming medieval atmosphere.

And when it comes to leisure time...

There are countless opportunities for hiking, mountaineering, and swimming in the many nearby lakes. The area also offers several castles, the Eisriesenwelt ice cave, a historic salt mine, and a summer toboggan run. A beautiful public outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance.

In winter, there is an enormous choice of ski resorts, ski touring routes, and spas.

Dogs are welcome everywhere, but if possible, please keep them off and out of the beds—it’s quite a task to remove dog hair.
Please remove your shoes inside the apartment; slippers are available in the entryway. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.
