This spacious, well designed loft-apartment with its beautiful and spacious garden, three bedrooms and a big bath is the perfect retreat to the alpine country-side. It sits nestled in a valley surrounded by world-class ski resorts, lakes, hiking possibilities, and a lot of culture on top.

Reaching the center of Salzburg will take about 20 minutes by car. Hallein, a wonderful Middle-Age-Town, is also nearby, taking about five minutes to reach by car.

Oberalm near Salzburg:
Oberalm is a peaceful little village of about 4,300 people, located roughly 15 km south of Salzburg. It has several large supermarkets, a bakery, a wonderful deli, one tavern serving traditional Austrian cuisine, an Italian restaurant, and another "Wirtshaus" nearby. All are within a 5 to 15-minute walk. There are countless options for skiing, hiking, mountaineering, and swimming in the many nearby lakes. A lovely public outdoor pool is also within walking distance.

Getting Around
The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, while bus stop is 10 minutes away. If you arrive by car, there’s plenty of parking in the driveway. For an easy visit to Salzburg, take the train from Oberalm Station to Salzburg-Mülln; free parking is available at Oberalm Station. Your Salzburg experience starts with a scenic stroll along the Salzach River, and after about 15 minutes, you’ll find yourself in the heart of Salzburg’s Old Town.

Dogs are welcome everywhere, but if possible, please keep them off and out of the beds—it’s quite a task to remove dog hair.
Please remove your shoes inside the apartment; slippers are available in the entryway. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.

You are provided with your own private garden - 400 sqm including a lovely European beech.
Two free of charge parking lots are located directly on the property.
A wallbox for loading electric cars may be used and will be charged extra.
A private garden area of 400 sqm is available for guests' use. Two free parking spaces are provided directly on the property. An e-charging station (Wallbox) is available for use, with separate billing.
