Descripiton of accommodation

Inside the colorfully decorated flat there is a comfortable, spacious and bright living room, which not only includes a living area, but also an eating and working area: big and cosy couch with big couch table, lots of board games, good music system, desk made out of real wood. The living room is located next to a busy road but thanks to the well isolated windows the noise is not bad at all.
In the bed room there is absolutely no noise so you can sleep well. There is a comfortable loft bed holding space for two people. Underneath there is a walk-in closet providing you with plenty space for your clothes.
In the kitchen there is an electronic stove, a small oven, a toaster, a kettle, coffee machine, smoothie maker, washing machine and all the dishes and cooking utensils you will need. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a shower and a basin with a mirror cabinet. There are towels, linen, an iron and cleaning material available.

The flat is very centrally located. Vienna central station is within walking distance and offers lots of transport facilities: subway U1, train for local transport and long-distance traffic, tram line 18, different bus lines, etc. Moreover, there is the tram line O departing in front of the entrance, which you can use to go the center as well.
There are also plenty opportunities for shopping nearby: Vienna central station features a shopping mall as well as Favoritenstraße, which is around the corner. On Favoritenstraße you will find lots of restaurants and even more shops and supermarkets.
