The apartment is a compact studio with 1.5 rooms, the respective areas are visually well divided. The furnishings are selected pieces such as a designer sofa, a vintage leather lounge chair, a vintage dining table, and a custom-made bed and wardrobe of an Italian furniture brand.

The special thing about the apartment is the large terrace, with a small green area it is a great place to be outside in the warm months.
