The special thing about the apartment is the large terrace, with a small green area it is a great place to be outside in the warm months.

The appartement is located next to a park and a public swimming pool. The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed.

Restaurants & Bars: In walking distance (10min) you find the Yppenplatz, a hip market place with nice bars and restaurants. Also in walking distance is the Gürtel Area with a lot of Pubs, Bars etc.

The next supermarket is just opposite the house, also there is a hypermarket in walking distance. On the Yppenmarkt you find fresh vegetables and especially good oriental food. On Saturday there is the organic and farmers market.

House rules

I am looking for someone who likes to take good care of the plants and the lawn, regularly watering and maintaining the lawn (for this there is also a lawn mower) and also attaches great importance to order and cleanliness and treats the selected pieces of furniture carefully. The immediate neighbors are mainly working, the house is rather quiet, therefor I am also looking for a tenant who is employed and also respects the peace of others accordingly.
