In the middle of a lively area in the 5th district - you can reach various nice restaurants and shops in just a few minutes' walk. Still very quiet as all windows face the inner courtyard. In summer there are fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits on the balcony that can be used.

Two cats usually live here. Of course the apartment is very clean and the cats are not there during the rental, but I cannot guarantee that allergy sufferers can live here without symptoms.
