The apartment is located right next to a spacious baroque park with sporting opportunities and recreational value: jogging in the morning, relaxing in a hammock after work - all right on your doorstep. The Danube and the Danube Island—a beautiful natural area, ideal for swimming, surfing, cycling, running, walking, etc.—are also only 10 minutes away by bike.
Those who prefer urban life will find numerous cafés and restaurants at Wallensteinplatz and around, a 1-minute walk from the apartment, and the city center is also not far away.
The apartment is very well connected: a 1-minute walk to several bus and tram stops, less than a 10-minute walk to the U4 subway line.
The apartment consists of four large, separately accessible rooms: a living room, a dining room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a children's room or study with a wide loft bed. Additional beds can be provided on request.
