Belle Vienna is a fully furnished 65 m² apartment located in Vienna's vibrant 6th district, offering everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with lift access.

The layout includes one separate bedroom and one shared sleeping area, accommodating up to six people. This makes it a practical choice for project teams, construction crews, or families in need of spacious temporary housing. The bathroom is private and reserved exclusively for guests.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, and Nespresso capsules included – along with glasses and tableware for everyday use. Bedclothes, towels, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner are all provided. Essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are also available.

A dedicated desk makes it easy to work from home when needed. A bicycle room is available free of charge. The surrounding area is a paid short-term parking zone. Regular cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
