The south-facing apartment is on the 4th floor and is 56 m2 in size with a 4 m2 balcony. The very bright apartment is equipped with a bedroom, a living/dining room (which is also equipped with a sofa bed) and a bathroom (with shower), as well as a separate toilet. Due to its orientation towards the inner courtyard, the apartment is also protected from street, tram and S-Bahn noise.
The apartment is perfectly connected to the public transport network of the city of Vienna, with tram station 71 directly in front of the house and the Rennweg S-Bahn station a 5-minute walk away. From the Rennweg station you can easily reach Vienna Airport in 20 minutes, as well as Vienna Central Station or the Vienna Mitte City Center transport hub in 3 minutes.
Just a 7-minute walk away is Landstrasser Hauptstrasse, one of Vienna's busiest shopping and restaurant streets, which is also home to the popular Rochusmarket.
