This 68 m² apartment on the second floor offers professionals, expats and project staff a fully equipped home away from home in Salzburg. The apartment features a separate bedroom as well as an additional shared bedroom, providing comfortable space for up to two people.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, tableware and glasses, plus a coffee machine, an espresso machine with Nespresso capsules and a dishwasher – everything you need for a smooth daily routine. The bathroom comes stocked with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

Day-to-day living is made easy: a private washing machine and dryer are located within the apartment, and bed linen is included. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies are also on hand. Regular cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
