The bright designer loft (4th floor) is in a top location in one of Vienna's most popular inner districts just around the corner from Margaretenplatz. The U4 Pilgramgasse and the 13A are about a 7-minute walk away. The loft consists of a spacious bedroom with a large closet and 2 sideboards (bed linen and bath towels are sufficiently available) a bathroom (hair dryer is available) with bath & shower and a washing machine. In the living area there is a newly equipped kitchen (espresso machine available), a large dining table and a semi-separated area with a workstation, a large corner sofa and a TV system (Smart TV). The apartment is equipped with high-speed Internet (WLAN). Cleaning of the accommodation is possible at any time on request via a domestic help. All in all, the apartment offers a wonderful, cozy living space in the middle of the city.
