Descripiton of accommodation

Available from September 2025 to September 2026, this beautifully laid-out 65m² apartment is located in the Josefiau district of Salzburg. The apartment consists of three rooms: one is set up as a living room with a spacious sofa bed, one as a dedicated bedroom, and one as a home office. The bathroom was completely renovated two years ago, and the kitchen has also been redesigned and is fully equipped. All rooms are filled with natural light, offering morning, midday, and – in summer – even evening sun. A small balcony provides a lovely view of the Gaisberg mountain. Great care was taken in furnishing the apartment, with a strong emphasis on using wood throughout.

The apartment is very well connected to public transport, as it is located near Alpenstraße. The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. From there, you can take a direct bus to the main train station or to Salzburg Süd station. The city center can be reached by bus in just 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment is also located close to the Salzach River, where the promenade invites you to take a walk. Several supermarkets (Spar, Hofer), a drugstore (DM), and various restaurants in the "Zentrum Herrnau" are all within a 5-minute walking distance. A pharmacy is also conveniently nearby.

House rules

As the apartment is located in a rather quiet multi-party building, I kindly ask you to refrain from throwing loud parties. Of course, spending a relaxed evening with friends is absolutely fine. Please take off your shoes in the hallway to protect the wood floors, and promptly clean up any liquid spills. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but is allowed on the balcony. Please do your laundry in a way that respects the quiet hours of other residents. In winter, regular airing of the apartment (by opening windows wide for a short period) is recommended.
