Welcome to our modern city studio – your temporary home in Vienna!
Are you looking for a comfortable and fully equipped apartment for a longer, temporary stay in Vienna? Our newly furnished studio in the 16th district offers everything you need to feel right at home – ideal for project staff, expats, students, young professionals, or anyone who wants to live in Vienna for at least one month.
The studio is located in a renovated historic building with high ceilings and light-filled rooms thanks to its south-facing orientation. The central location makes everyday life easy: supermarkets, cafés, and public transport are just a few minutes’ walk away. Direct connections to the city center and major sights make your stay especially pleasant.
The apartment is on the first floor. An elevator is available, but there are five steps to overcome when entering the building.
