Bright apartment in a dream location

From the entrance, you enter the apartment's rooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed, living room, bedroom 2/study with a single bed, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is very well laid out, making it appear larger than 60 square meters. It is particularly bright thanks to windows facing three directions: west, north, and east. In the morning, you can enjoy morning sun in the bathroom and kitchen, and in the afternoon, you can enjoy a wonderful amount of sun in the bedroom and living room. You look out into beautiful communal gardens; the houses were built quite far apart from each other, so the view is clear and includes lots of beautiful nature and greenery. The best thing is to lie on the couch in the sun and feel like you're on vacation in the Caribbean. The house has a beautiful, large community garden for relaxing and hanging out laundry. For cat owners: There is a cat flap and a cat ladder, and the area here with huge communal gardens is perfect for cats, so you are very welcome!
