The university hospital is just a 10-minute walk away, and the city center is reachable in 15–20 minutes — both routes run along the picturesque Inn promenade. Everything is also easily accessible by bike within 5–10 minutes. For those who prefer convenience, the bus connection is excellent — 4 stops to the hospital, 5 to the city center (approx. 7–10 minutes travel time).

The apartment is located in a well-maintained, quiet building — therefore, parties and smoking inside the apartment are not permitted. We are seeking tenants who appreciate and respect this peaceful atmosphere.

A city bike can also be made available by arrangement, as well as 2 sleighs.

Since we have just finished renovating the apartment (e.g. the bed is completely new), we have not yet had time to decorate the walls nicely. You are welcome to do this yourself according to your preferences.
