The apartment is located in a well-maintained, quiet building — therefore, parties and smoking inside the apartment are not permitted. We are seeking tenants who appreciate and respect this peaceful atmosphere.

Since we have just finished renovating the apartment (e.g. the bed is completely new), we have not yet had time to decorate the walls nicely. You are welcome to do this yourself according to your preferences.
