I am renting out my fully furnished apartment, because I am on a semester abroad during that time.

The apartment is in an excellent location in the 10th district with immediate connection to the U1.
It has a living room with couch, media system (TV, sound system) and dining table, a separate bedroom - which can be reached through the living room - with double bed, wardrobe and desk, as well as an anteroom with storage area, which leads into the kitchen. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
Kitchen, living room and bedroom are bright due to large windows, but the living room and bedroom can also be darkened. All windows of the apartment are well noise-insulated and aligned west-facing.
The furniture is custom-made joinery.

There is a lift to reach the apartment on the 5th floor. To get to the lift, you have to climb three steps.

Due to the room layout, the apartment is ideal for couples and singles.

The TU Wien can be reached within 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the specific lecture hall.
