Calm located appartement in Innsbruck

Cozy one-room apartment in the oldest part of Innsbruck is looking for a pleasant tenant!
My view from the balcony sweeps over the pretty gardens of St. Nikolaus all the way up to the Nordkette. My bedroom/living room has a queen-size bed, a sitting area, a wardrobe, satellite TV and a radio. Despite the small dimensions, my bathroom and Kitchenette offer enough space to do all sorts of things and feel at home. If you want to do your laundry, there is a launderette about 300 meters away. You can walk to the historic old town in arround 5 minutes. You can also take the public bus about 100 m away, or let your landlord know if you would prefer a bicycle.
