The flat is brand new and is furnished with a lot of taste in maritime nautical design. It has three rooms- one big living room with kitchen, one big sleeping room with a king-size bed and one kids` room or home-office room with a terrace and garden. There is one Bathroom with WC. The apartment is on the ground floor and is easy reachable if your with a bike, wheel chair or a buggy. On the one side you have the Main Street, where the tick old walls and the 3x isolated Windows protect you from noise and heat, and on the other side you have a calm shady garden.
The flat has a very good location. You can walk to the center and reach within 5 min all the shops and restaurants, or you can walk or ride a bike to the lake, which is approximately 2 km away.
We are always happy to be there and are happy to share our home with people looking for a short-term rent.
