This lovely apartment has 2 sleeping rooms.
A big one with 3 single beds, these beds can be arranged to one double and one single bed.
A small sleeping room with a comfortable double boxspring-bed.

The living/dining room has an integrated fully equipped kitchen, (dish washer, micro wave, coffea machine, refrigerator, electric stove,....) .
All 3 rooms have seperate entrances, there is also a seperate wardrobe room beside the big entrance of the apartment.
The big and beautiful bathroom has a nice shower and there is a washing machine inside.
Towels, bed clothes, everything is included as well as cable TV, Wifi!
We do provide as well things you might need for living, as a hoover, fan, iron...

The location of the apartment ist perfect.
It is situated directly beside the subway station, this is why it only takes you 6 minutes to reach Stephansplatz, the historical center of Vienna, the economic University and Messe Wien is a only about 10 minutes walk, UNO City only 2 stops by subway. Nearby also the "Wiener Prater" and the Donauinsel for relaxing or doing sports.
If you like fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and fish, at the end of the street, just 2 minutes walk, there is the popular Vorgartenmarkt.
Donauzentrum, Viennas biggest shopping center is 7 minutes by subway.
