Descripiton of accommodation

The studio apartment is located on the second floor of an old building that was completely renovated in 2013. It consists of a large living/bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare various meals, as well as an espresso machine and a washing machine. There is also a small anteroom and a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

As I run a business on the ground floor, there is always someone on site to answer any questions. My daughter Petra lives in the attic with her family. She takes care of communication with our guests.

The studio is located in the 5th district, very central and close to several public transportation options (U4, bus 12,14 and 59A, streetcar 6 and 18). The opera and Schönbrunn Palace are only 3 subway stops away. Around the corner there are two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bakery, a post office, gas station, drugstore and a parking garage. Various restaurants and other shopping facilities can be reached on foot within a few minutes. To relax, there are also several parks with playgrounds in the immediate vicinity.
