Descripiton of accommodation

The living room is cosy with two sofas and a large bookshelf, which you are welcome to borrow. The bedroom is very large with a seating corner and a desk. The bed is large and high so easy to get up from. Also the kitchen is large and has everything for people who like to cook. Small bathroom and separate toilet as well as a small room for the washing machine and for storing food and cleaning products. I will be traveling for 4 months and would be happy if you could water my plants. The cleaning lady comes every second week and needs to be paid by you (50 Euros).

As my apartment is in a side street of a large shopping street, everythign cna be reached on foot. there are several supermaarkets, the closes pharmacy is in my street and there is a large number of restaurants. Immediately next to my house on the corder is a pastry shop/cafe.

House rules

Of course you can invite friends but I ask you not to have big parties while I am away. People in the house are used to a quiet environment.

Further information

As I will be on a different continent, I would appreciate it if you could empty my mailbox (in the house) and inform me about bills. And also water the plants twice a week. They are not a lot, about 7.
