The 54m² flat is located 300m from the Schottenring. The underground, tram, many shops and a large Interspar can be reached within a few minutes walk at Schottentor, as can the University of Vienna in 8 minutes on foot.

The facilities leave nothing to be desired. You can move in with a minimum of personal hygiene items such as a toothbrush.

The fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, Sodastream water bubbler, kitchen machine, many cooking and baking utensils.

The bright dining and living room impresses with a table for up to 6 people, 47" LCD screen with B&W speakers for enjoying films and music, a Playstation and sofa set.

The bedroom and study has a large Team 7 sun double bed (180x200), a wide Team 7 desk, a large built-in wardrobe and a free-standing air conditioning unit for summer temperatures.
Bedding is provided.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, a WC and a cupboard for essentials. Towels and bathroom carpet are provided.
There is also a storage room for a vacuum cleaner,steam iron, ironing board, cleaning products, broom and other cleaning utensils.
