Descripiton of accommodation

The flat is centrally located between Graz's old town and the exhibition centre (Congress). There is a tram stop nearby with good public transport connections, as well as the beautiful Augarten park directly at the river Mur. The centre can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes, or by bike in about 7 minutes via the Mur cycle path. The flat is located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet apartment building. Everything you need for your stay is provided. In addition to dishes, all cooking utensils are available. The bed is freshly changed for each guest and fresh towels are provided. We value mindful and careful use of the flat and its contents, as the premises and furnishings are very precious to us.
