CHARMING SMALL VILLA – Special conditions for rentals of 5 weeks or more

Großgmain can be reached in about a 15-minute drive from the festival hall, with a সুন্দর scenic route through a nature reserve. There is parking for 2 cars next to the house. The property is located in a very quiet villa area in the village center.

Through the large, mirrored entrance hall, you enter two apartments, each approximately 23 sqm, featuring a sofa/bed for one person, desk cabinets, and a television. One apartment includes a kitchenette with hot/cold water, microwave oven, electric kettle, small refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet.
The suite (approx. 65 sqm) is accessible via a staircase. The elegant living room is furnished with antiques and includes a seating area, television, dining table for 6 people, and an illuminated gallery. The bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a television.

On the same floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The white-tiled bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and bidet.
All antique furniture has been restored and newly upholstered. The entire villa features marble floors and underfloor heating. Large French patio doors lead to a quiet, sunny garden. Living areas face the garden, while bathrooms face a rarely used street. Security shutters are installed. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Our staff have been working with us for many years and speak German, English, Russian, and Ukrainian. They are happy to assist with cleaning, laundry service, and more.

Großgmain offers a well-preserved village infrastructure, including two supermarkets, a hairdresser and beauty services, 2 banks, 3 restaurants, and various other businesses. The village also features a lovely outdoor swimming pool, a cross-country ski trail, a sports field, and numerous hiking paths. Ski slopes are located nearby. There are convenient road and bus connections to the spa town of Bad Reichenhall (4 km away) and to Salzburg/festival halls/garage (15 km). Taxi services are available.

Nearby swimming lakes (5–30 minutes by car) include Thumsee, Hintersee, Waginger See, Högwörther See, Aschauer Weiher (moor bath), and Lake Chiemsee, which offers beautiful hotels, a lakeside promenade, and a marina.
