The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a core renovated old building and has all the equipment you need (kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.). There is a nice bathroom with a spacious shower with two separate sinks and a toilet. Furthermore, it also has a guest toilet, which is located right in the entrance area. The two bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable beds (carpenter made) and also have enough storage space and a table with mirror.

For the use of the apartment:

- Please take off street shoes right in the entrance, because the parquet floor is sensitive.
- The door of the toilet must be closed when leaving the apartment, as it makes it impossible to enter the apartment.
- Please pull the blinds up and down slowly.
- When leaving the apartment, the windows must be closed, as there is a risk of rainwater getting in when it rains (there are often strong thunderstorms in Vienna).
- There are three keys that belong to the apartment. One is for the entrance (smaller), one is for the elevator and one (with the black head) is for the apartment.
- It is not allowed to throw waste in the sink, toilet or even out of the window.
- Be careful with energy and water consumption and do not pollute our environment unnecessarily.
- It is forbidden to move the furniture.
- Guests are forbidden to behave extremely loud or disturb the public peace, especially from 10pm - 8am, as well as from 2pm - 5pm.
- For hygienic reasons I do NOT allow pets.
- I ask you to take care of your valuables yourself, because I do not give any guarantee in case of loss.
- In case of unauthorized overnight stay of additional persons in the apartment (no visitors) I will charge you 30% of the total price and keep the option to ask you to leave the apartment.
- In case of loss of keys or damage to furnishings or furniture, it is IMPORTANT to report this to me!!!!. The taking of belongings or furnishings is expressly PROHIBITED.
- Check-out is no later than 10am on the day of departure. If you are late (even 5 minutes!) I will charge you for additional nights.

Smoking:
I ask for your understanding that there is a strict smoking ban in my apartment. In case of non-compliance, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Final cleaning:
The final cleaning has already been paid at the time of your booking. However, in case of a disproportionate degree of use or dirtiness, as well as non-compliance with the smoking ban, I will charge an additional cleaning fee of up to 250 euros.

Check-out:
The apartment must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure at the latest. In case of later check-out, I unfortunately have to charge you for another day.

Parking:
Parking is sometimes subject to charges in Vienna. Park-and-ride facilities allow you to switch from car to public transport.
