Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is south-facing with a view of the Walther Park and the Patscherkofel, it consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, separate toilet, storage room, small balcony overlooking the courtyard with an additional outdoor storage room (for skis, etc.) My personal favorite place is the bay window in the living room with a view of the Patscherkofel and the Walther Park. This view is a great way to celebrate the end of the day.
The furnishings in the rooms may differ.

Very good connection to bus (bus stop about 100 m), M-Preis/ Grocery store directly across the street.
Old town about 5 minutes by foot.
