This beautiful apartment is located in the friendly and absolutely quiet area of the 3th district in Vienna near the subway U3 (station 'Kardinal-Nagel Platz'), four stations from Vienna's City Center 'Stephansplatz' and altogether a very good starting point for all kinds of activities and sights.
The approx. 70 m2 apartment is on the first floor of a well-kept building. The apartment was recently completely renovated and equipped with modern and new furniture. There is a living room that provides a comfortable sofa and sleeping room with cozy double bed with a high quality mattress. The quiet apartment is fully equipped with: high quality kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils, WiFi internet access, nice bed linen and towels, nice bathroom with shower, and a terrace to spent some time outside.
After a 3-minute walk, you can reach the U3 subway station, which allows you to reach Vienna's most charming destinations in a short time — as well as Vienna Mitte ('Landstraße" station), where you come across not only the most modern mall in the city, but also the City Airport Train, the largest shopping street (station 'Neubaugasse") and most importantly the historic St. Stephen's Cathedral to name a few.
The airport can be reached by car within 20 minutes, the mail train station within 7 minutes.
The apartment is located close tot he ,Prater', the famous recreation area with lots of trees and places to relax.
