City Apartment Löhr 07 is set in an elegant 19th-century period building in Vienna's 15th district. The high ceilings typical of Viennese Altbau architecture give this approximately 40 m² studio a spacious, airy feel. The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs only.

Fully furnished and designed for stays of longer duration, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to two people. It features a dedicated sleeping area, a private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and espresso machine – with Nespresso capsules included. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a private washing machine is available in the apartment.
