Live in an all-around completely renovated cozy apartment with full amenities in Vienna's 7th district, where the modern fast pace of the capital meets the serene & cozy Viennese old building flair.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, has underfloor heating throughout, serene neighbors, as well as a completely brand new kitchen with all necessary utensils, dishes as well as a Nespresso coffee machine including capsules, a separate toilet and a new bathroom with rain shower, towels, washing machine and clothes horse.

All connections to public transport such as bus, streetcar or subway are max. 3 minutes walk from the front door - as well as various supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

Last but not least, I would like to disclose an important information about myself - your host: I live in the same building as you and am therefore your neighbor. This means that all matters such as handing over keys, problems with equipment or any other concerns you may have can always be solved quickly and easily.
