The apartment impresses with two spacious rooms and a newly renovated kitchen in a modern style. From the generous hallway you reach the separately accessible kitchen, bathroom, WC, living room, and bedroom.

The bedroom – your personal retreat with a high-quality luxury mattress. The sunny living room – a cozy couch setup invites you to read and watch TV and can be transformed in no time into a comfortable sofa bed for one person, for which we also provide a mattress for extra sleeping comfort. We have also furnished a workspace with a large desk and office chair.

The equipped bathroom features an extra-spacious bathtub; the separate WC provides additional convenience. The newly renovated kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, kettle, complete cookware, and all utensils are of course included. A cozy dining table promises delightful hours.

Consideration & Respect

Please treat the furnishings with care.

Notify us if anything is damaged or defective.

Our complex is in a residential area—please respect your neighbors’ privacy. Avoid loud noises, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Larger gatherings or parties are only allowed with our prior approval.

Occupancy & Guests

The apartment is reserved exclusively for the persons listed on the rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
Safety & Vigilance

When leaving the apartment, make sure all windows and doors are closed.

Never leave candles or other open flames unattended.

Waste Separation

Please separate your waste into plastic, paper, and general trash.

The respective bins are located at the back of the building.

Cleanliness

We take care of the final cleaning—you only need to leave the apartment broom-clean and tidy.

It is recommended to ventilate the bathroom well after showering or bathing.

Pets

Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.

Emergencies

In emergencies (fire, medical emergency, etc.), dial 112 immediately.
