Descripiton of accommodation

Centrally located accommodation with three bus lines (1, 10, and 27) that depart directly from the accommodation – one towards the airport, the other two towards the city center/train station and the south.

You can also quickly walk to Kapuzinerberg, Stigl's Brauwelt, Müllnerbräu,... and the old town.

The apartment is well-divided. The toilet and bathroom are small, the kitchen and dining area are spacious.

A small bedroom with a 1.40m bed can be used for one or two people, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed can accommodate another two people.

If you have the apartment to yourself or it's too big, the sofa bed is left uncovered and can simply be used as a couch.

House rules

I ask that you treat the apartment with care. The building has four tenants, and I would describe it as a quiet community – no parties allowed.

Please remove your shoes at the door and use the provided slippers.

Hot water is heated overnight – you can adjust the temperature yourself on the boiler (for 1-4 people).

No trash or other objects are allowed to be thrown from the balcony.

It's a fantastic apartment with a great layout. I've lived there myself for 10 years now and have always felt very comfortable.
From the kitchen and dining room, you have a view of the Untersberg.
One side of the apartment (kitchen) faces the main street – but thanks to triple-glazed windows, you won't be disturbed.
The bedroom, living room, and bathroom face the courtyard and also offer a view of the greenery.
