The flat is located in Abwinden/Luftenberg, about 15 km east of Linz (approx. 15 minutes by train or car). It is suitable for up to five people for a professional stay in the greater Linz area, for business stays, home office and assembly work, but the accommodation is also suitable for families with children, couples and individuals. In addition to the professional use of the flat, the accommodation is also ideal for a variety of leisure activities: Bicycles can be parked in the garage, and e-bikes can also be charged there. In addition to hiking and running opportunities in the immediate vicinity of the Danube floodplains, the flat is also a starting point for exploring the beauties of the Mühlviertel and nearby cities and cultural sites (Linz, Steyr, Freistadt, St. Florian Abbey, Wilhering Abbey...). Salzburg and Vienna can be reached by train within one hour and 45 minutes.
The flat has four bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (solid wood beds), one bedroom with two separate single beds and an additional living and working room with a pull-out double sofa bed. There is also a spacious desk for working from home in two of the rooms. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. The WC is located in a separate room. The well-equipped kitchen is connected to a spacious dining and living area. There is also an extensive library in the spacious entrance hall. A door leads from the living area to the covered terrace with a cosy seating area and beautiful views. The terrace leads directly to a large garden, which is also available to our tenants. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of our house.
