Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is one of my favourite places to be - it is cosy, bright and central. My family and I renovated it with much love for details and we hope you will enjoy staying there a lot!
For the hot summer days we added a fan to the flat and in winter we have central heating.

BATHROOM: shower with a bathtub, a hairdryer and lots of storage around the sink
RESTROOM: separate restroom with floor heating for your convenience
ENTRANCE HALL: cupboard for your clothes, trolleys and shoes

Everything you need to know about the apartment in detail will be in a printed handbook in the apartment.
Here are the most important things you need to know

• Check-out is at 10am. Please leave the keys on the black hook next to the entrance door and firmly close the door behind you.

• Hot water: We are using an instant water heater for hot water so it might take a few seconds until the running water is getting warm. If the temperature doesn’t change, switch the tap off and fully on again.

• Shoes: Please remove your shoes inside of the apartment. We have comfy house slippers available for use. If you have used them, leave them on the shoe rack so we can wash them for our next guests.

• Silence: Our neighbours are very nice people, so please help us to keep the relationship well by keeping the noise down. Especially mind the law mandated night silence from 10pm to 6am.

• Windows: Please tilt or close all the windows whenever you leave the apartment as it often rains spontaneously in Vienna.
