The two neighbours are very quiet and nice. The flat is centrally located in Graz Eggenberg, corner Wezelsdorf. The bus line 62 is 2 minutes from the front door and goes directly to Graz railway station. Within walking distance is a Lidl, a bakery and Spar in about 800 metres. A petrol station is also just a few minutes away. There is always a parking space a few metres away, on the entrance street. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. The terrace is intended for this purpose. There is also an ashtray. When leaving the flat, the front door must be locked. And when checking out of the flat, it must be left as it was found.
