The apartment is on the 3rd elevator floor of an old building and faces east in a large back courtyard. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Completely new bathroom equipment with new shower cubicle, Alibert and sink. A cozy eat-in kitchen with a view of the backyard. There is a brand new refrigerator, gas stove and electric oven and washing machine. The living room and bedroom is furnished with a double bed made of solid beech wood, a fold-out couch bed, a spacious wardrobe and a work table. The living room and bedroom has 2 windows with a view of the backyard. All windows are equipped with light-tight roller blinds, so you can still sleep well after sunrise. Bicycle parking spaces are located in the covered garage with stepless access on the ground floor. The house is located directly on the traffic-calmed Brigittaplatz and is therefore in one of the most beautiful areas in the up-and-coming 20th district, right next to the listed church and the old office building. The heating was renewed two years ago and is being serviced annually by a specialist.
