The apartment is bright and welcoming, with windows facing both east and west. It is located on the top floor of a building with only eight units and was recently completely renovated. There are parking spaces belonging to the building, and additionally, street parking is free and unlimited (no short-term parking zone).
The bathroom, fitted with underfloor heating, includes a small bathtub. The toilet is located within the bathroom.
Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds and wardrobes. A baby crib can be provided upon request in the larger of the two rooms.
The small balcony invites you to relax and offers a beautiful view of Hohensalzburg Fortress.
All windows are equipped with external shutters, allowing the rooms to be well darkened if desired.

There is a separate bicycle storage room in the basement, and two bicycles can be rented if needed. A washing machine is available in the building’s shared laundry room.
