keine ZUSÄTZLICHEN KOSTEN für den Strom- oder Gasverbrauch, obwohl wir unsere Gäste bitten, alle Lichter auszuschalten und Fenster zu schließen, während sie aus dem Haus sind. Missachtung könnte ein Grund für einen Aufpreis von 5 €/Tag sein.

Wir lieben Haustiere wirklich, aber nicht für Urlaubsprobleme, daher akzeptieren wir keine anderen Haustiere als Goldfische oder Hamster ;-))

Bitte habe Verständnis dafür, dass es sich um eine NICHTRAUCHER-WOHNUNG handelt. Ein Verstoß wird mit einer Geldbuße belegt.

Da diese Wohnung kürzlich renoviert wurde, ist sie NICHT für die Feier von exzessiven Partys zu mieten! Jegliche, rücksichtslose Partys können mit Sanktionen verbunden sein.

NightTimePeace ist zwischen 22:00 Uhr und 6:00 Uhr - bitte sei respektvoll gegenüber Nachbarn bei verspäteter Ankunft, vorzeitiger Abreise und während deines Aufenthalts. Alle Gäste werden höflich gebeten, die Wohnung in sauberem Zustand zu halten.

Zusätzliche Gebühren:
- DieViennas-Stadttax beträgt 3,2 % der Gesamtsumme, die über AirBnB oder Pay.pal oder Bargeld bei der Ankunft zu zahlen ist.
- Bettwäsche (einmalige Gebühr, nicht pro Tag(!): Babybett: 30 € für die Zubereitung und Reinigung; Erwachsene: Erwachsene: unser Standard ist: ´Doppelbetten zuerst, zusätzliche (Einzelbetten): +30 €, Beispiel: Standard inbegriffen für 3 Gäste = 1 Doppel- + 1 Einzelbett; 3 separate Betten wären eine einmalige Gebühr von 30 €
