Some things for you to know:

NO EXTRA COSTS for electricity or gas consumption, though we ask our guests to turn off all lights and close windows whilst being out of house; disregard might be reason for extra charge of 5€/day.

We really do love pets, but not for holiday issues, therefore we do not accept pets other then goldfish or hamsters ;-))

Please do understand that this is a NON-SMOKING apartment, violation will be fined.

As this apartment has been renovated recently it is NOT ment to be rented for celebrating excessive parties! Any reckless partying might be subject to penalties.

NightTimePeace is between 10pm and 6am - pls be respectful to neighbors at late arrival, early departure and during your stay. All guests are politely asked to keep the apartment in clean condition.

Additional fees:
- Viennas´ citytax is 3.2% of total, to be paid via AirBnB or Pay.pal or cash at arrival.
- Bedding (one-time-fee, not per day(!): baby-crib: 30€ for preparation and cleaning; adults: our standard is: ´double-beds first´, additional (single) beds: +30€, example: standard included for 3 guests = 1 double + 1 single bed; 3 separate beds would be a one-time-fee of 30€
