Choose this newly renovated accommodation! ATTENTION: These photos are sample photos because the apartment is currently being renovated! Quietly located near the U3 subway (5-minute walk), and you can reach Stephansplatz in 20 minutes. The apartment impresses with its open-plan design. It consists of a spacious entrance hall with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a pleasant bedroom (bed 1.60m) facing the inner courtyard (very quiet!).
The living room has a pull-out sofa bed (1.40m) for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. We also provide an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and washing machine. Weekly cleaning is included in the price.
A free parking space in the courtyard is included.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.

Simmering is well-connected: In addition to the S-Bahn (suburban train) and tram line 71, tram line 71 in Vienna runs from Kaiserebersdorf, Zinnergasse, to the stock exchange (or sometimes only to Schwarzenbergplatz). It crosses the 3rd and 11th districts, passing important stops such as Enkplatz, Simmering, the Central Cemetery, and Rennweg.

• If any accidental damage occurs, we will review it internally and decide whether and how much a deduction or repair fee is necessary. - We hope you enjoy your stay and have fun! However, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum during the night.
• Please read the house rules carefully at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can avoid any misunderstandings.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property!
• Pets are not allowed!
• Unannounced guests are not permitted!
