Descripiton of accommodation

My apartment consists of a large living and working area and a spacious bedroom. A spiral staircase leads up to the terrace. As I have plants in the apartment, I would be happy to have a temporary tenant with a love of botany. Regular watering is sufficient here. In summer, the terrace has an automatic watering system. It is necessary to check it from time to time, otherwise everything is set.
