The flat is furnished in an affectionate way and is equipped with everything you need for longer stays. It is rented to people who work in Vienna and stay for 1-6 months (no short term rent for touristic purpose). Although in the midst of the city the flat itself is calm and bright. In the building there´ s a beautiful terrace for all the residents with an magnificent view. It's located right at the recreational areas Green Prater and the Danubechannel and the vibrating city center is very close.
The flat has two rooms and is about 33 m² big. The bedroom is very quiet with a view of the inner courtyard. The living room with the kitchen has a wonderful view over the Danube Channel and the city center.
The host already has several years of experience in renting, tries hard to satisfy all needs and to respond promptly to inquiries. The biggest goal is that you feel comfortable in our apartment and have a great stay in Vienna!

The apartment is very well connected to public transport, bus and tram stops are in the immediate vicinity, and the Wien Mitte and Wien Praterstern train stations can be reached either by bus or in 18 minutes on foot. A supermarket is just around the corner. The WU can be reached in 18 minutes on foot through the beautiful Prater or in 6 minutes by bike. The center is also very close (15 minutes by tram or 25 minutes on foot to Schwedenplatz). You can go cycling or jogging on the Danube Canal, which is right outside the door, and the green Prater is also very close and is a perfect recreational area.

House rules

It's not allowed to smoke in the flat or give any partys.

The dining table (bar table) in the living room is attached to the wall and therefore should not be moved.

Please do not open the windows on both sides of the flat, as there is a lot of draft in the apartment and the doors should not get closed by the wind. In addition you can use the door stopper.
Please also take care that the mirror door doesn't smash against the entrance door.

The bathroom cabinet is made out of wood. Therefore please pay attention that the table does not get wet.

There is a rooftop terrace for common use. You can reach it when you go out of the building, turn left and enter the building on the staircase. Then you take the elevator to the highest floor, enter the door with the key chip and go up to the terrace (on more floor). Please note that there is no toilet on the rooftop and please take your garbage back with you. Enjoy the wonderful view up there :)
