The spacious apartment has a shared living/sleeping area with a comfortable queen-size bed, a well-lit workstation, a comfortable sofa and a large swiveling flat screen. There is a separate kitchen with a cozy dining area, a modern bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a hallway area with enough storage space for luggage as well as a wardrobe and a place for shoes.

The apartment was furnished with great attention to detail and very comfortably and geared to the needs of travelers.

It is in a quiet side street on the 4th floor and is bright and friendly.

The fully furnished apartment offers all the comforts of a beautiful home. Cozy and modern interior design, a comfortable size and a French. balcony in the living room. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. From the coffee maker to the queen-size bed and fine linens, everything you need for a comfortable stay is here.

In the living room/bedroom there is a queen-size bed and a comfortable sofa that can be pulled out into a comfortable sofa bed. On a 140x200cm lying area, it offers additional sleeping places for two people.

We ask that you do not enter the living and sleeping rooms with street shoes. There is a shoe rack in the entrance area. Smoking and having parties is not permitted in the apartment. If the keys are lost, you will be charged €120 for having the keys copied. The rubbish can be disposed of in the rubbish room (directly to the left of the front door). Appropriate garbage containers for paper and residual waste are located there. Please behave in such a way that the neighbors do not feel disturbed and handle our things carefully. If something breaks - please let us know. When checking out, please put everything back in its original place and put the used dishes and cutlery back into the cupboards and drawers.
