The 1st district with its sights can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The Josefstadt is known for the numerous restaurants, its small trendy cafés, the many bars and clubs with live music. You will find very good shopping opportunities in the vicinity (6./7.), as well as original young designers, many art galleries and interesting vintage shops.

The subway (U6 Josefstädterstraße/Alserstraße), buses and various tram lines, with which you can easily travel to the city center (No.: 2, 5, 13a, 33, 43, 44, 46) are only a few steps away.

House rules

We ask that you do not enter the living and sleeping rooms with street shoes. There is a shoe rack in the entrance area. Smoking and having parties is not permitted in the apartment. If the keys are lost, you will be charged €120 for having the keys copied. The rubbish can be disposed of in the rubbish room (directly to the left of the front door). Appropriate garbage containers for paper and residual waste are located there. Please behave in such a way that the neighbors do not feel disturbed and handle our things carefully. If something breaks - please let us know. When checking out, please put everything back in its original place and put the used dishes and cutlery back into the cupboards and drawers.
