The apartment offers a spacious living room with a sofa (which can also be used as a bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m), a dining table, and a TV (SimpliTV with 30 channels including ORF, ServusTV, ATV, Puls4, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, stove, dishes, cookware, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, a Bialetti espresso machine, and much more.

The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large corner wardrobe. Towels, bed linens, and dish towels are provided, as well as basic cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner. There is a third room with a large wardrobe, which can be used as an office or simply for storage. The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with a toilet, shower, and washing machine connection.

All rooms have roller shutters and can be completely darkened.

There is also a spacious storage unit in the basement. The apartment offers a perfect standard level of amenities. Possibly available by arrangement, depending on the length of stay: washing machine, microwave, Wi-Fi.
